One Week Free Trial

If you have experience doing CrossFit at another CrossFit affiliate we offer a free one week trial. Use this time to get a feel for the coaching, community, schedule, and programming. From there if you want to make CrossFit Thunderhead your home, we will get your membership started. We can’t wait to see you, use the contact to let us know when you are ready to come in.

Class Drop In

If you are new to CrossFit it can feel like a steep learning curve. That is why we highly recommend our Foundations Course (below) to help make the process not so overwhelming. However, IF you have a fitness or athletics background, have had exposure to functional movements like deadlifts and squats, and have a willingness jump in and learn - then we would love to have you give a class a try.

6 Session Foundations Course

The Foundations Course is the heart of becoming a CFT member. This 6 session, 1 on 1 course is designed to teach you everything you need to know to safely and effectively move into our regular class setting.
